Cisternino, 18 km away, is only a fifteen-minute drive, and the charming coastal towns of Monopoli and Polignano, 50 km and 56 km away, respectively, are less than an hour away. Oria (26 km away) with its medieval charm, and Grottaglie (20 km away), known as the city of ceramics, are easily reached in less than thirty minutes.
For golf enthusiasts, the San Domenico Golf Club in Savelletri, is only 35 km away.
As for air transportation, Brindisi Airport, the nearest, is 45 km (40 minutes by car) away, and Bari Airport is 106 km (about an hour and a quarter) away.
Description of buildings
The farmhouse is on two levels, with a gross area of 250 sq m, to which are added the two large terraces on the second floor.
Ground floor: hallway with access to the courtyard overlooked by a bedroom, currently used as an atelier, with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The hallway also leads to the bathroom serving the living area and the kitchen with a central island and a large window overlooking the garden and pool. Next we find a large and bright dining area, from which there is access to a bedroom, with loft and en-suite bathroom, and the living room with fireplace. Adjacent to the living room we find an additional bedroom with an open bath and en-suite bathroom.
Second floor: a characteristic stone staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a fourth bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and from which there is access to two large panoramic terraces.
At the back of the Masseria is a technical room.
